Gator Concrete and Masonry
Gator Concrete & Masonry is a family-owned structural concrete and masonry subcontractor with 25 years of experience building complex structural scopes for general contractors, custom home builders, architects, and engineers throughout Tampa Bay and Central Florida.
Our work is focused where structural precision matters most — engineered foundations, cast-in-place concrete systems, reinforced masonry wall systems, and coastal flood zone construction for high-value custom residential projects.
Our core team manages every phase of the work — from estimating and shop drawing coordination through field execution and project closeout. We maintain a dedicated on-staff engineer for all structural shop drawings and technical documentation. Office, management, and field operations are handled in-house with no layers between our team and your project.
We are licensed under Florida State Certified Building Contractor license CBC1256183 and self-perform all concrete and masonry scope with our own crews and equipment.
